HOW TO MEASURE

Outline your foot

On a sheet of paper, stand and trace around your foot, keeping the pen upright against the page.

Measure the length

With a ruler, measure from your heel to your longest toe in centimetres.

Measure the width

Wrap a tape measure under your foot and around the widest part — from your little toe to your big toe.
